August 2015 – Congratulate Gerard Creaner, CEO of GetReSkilled for continuing to define the conversation around Quality Culture in the world of pharmaceuticals. While FDA has been focused on developing metrics to define quality, there has been surprisingly little attention paid to the quality metrics around the People Factor, which author Gerry Creaner shows is related to nearly 80% of the quality issues that arise in pharmaceutical manufacturing. His solution is the Behavioral Positioning System, BPS, which provides baseline metrics on an existing pharma manufacturing operator workforce, and then offers customized, video-based capability learning to bring everyone up to speed.
